Loyalty Rewards Program

In order to recognize and thank those clients who pay us the highest compliment possible by referring friends to our hospital, we have decided to start a LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM. We will begin tracking referrals on Sept 1, 2009 and the rewards are as follows:

• 1st Client: $10 Carolinas Animal Hospital dollars
• 2nd Client: CAH spa day for your pet
• 3rd client: $20 CAH dollars
• 4th client: $20 restaurant gift card
• 5th client: Night at the movies
• 6th client: $40 CAH dollars
• 7th client: 6 months heartworm prevention
• 8th client: $50 CAH dollars
• 9th client: $50 restaurant gift card
• 10th client: $100 restaurant gift card
